Hero Born, the first book in the Seeds of Destiny trilogy, will be published as an e-book by HarperVoyager in September 2014!
It's a fantasy story, but without the magic, dragons and elves. It's set in a
world with geography similar to ours and races drawn from elements of the
civilisations of our past - which is great as it lets me take the bits I like
and invent the rest! It is a world and a time in desperate need of a hero and,
over the three books, the story follows one character from boyhood to becoming
that hero, unwittingly and fairly reluctantly - as far as he is concerned, all
he is trying to do is survive! Basically, it is a good old-fashioned adventure
story. How can you resist???
